E. Marcus Davis

Marcus Davis, a founding partner of the law firm of Davis, Zipperman, Kirschenbaum & Lotito, has been practicing law in Atlanta for over 30 years. Marc has tried over a 100 cases throughout his carrier in both federal and state courts. He has successfully obtained seven figure settlements by trial or through mediation settlement negotiation for numerous clients throughout his career.

Marc uses his legal practice to advocate for the seriously injured. Through his 30 years of litigation experience, he has gained extensive medical knowledge though his close working relationships with experts in traumatic injury. Marc has a “down-to-earth” approach to law to aid his clients in their economic recovery.

Marc Davis has been recognized as a "Super Lawyer" by Atlanta Magazine as well as one of the “Legal Elite” by Georgia’s Trend Magazine for the past several years. He is a member of The Million Dollar Advocates Club and Senior Counsel in the College of Barristers. He was also recognized as a Diplomate of The American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys. This distinction is based upon trial experience and a written and oral examination. He is also listed in the Who's Who in Rising Young Americans, Who's Who in American Law, Who's Who of Emerging Leaders in America, Who's Who in America and Who's Who in the World.

Marc has authored numerous published articles on various legal subjects over the years. He has made media appearances and is a frequent speaker at lectures and seminars for continuing legal education. In the recent past, Marc was the Chairman of the Board of the Brain Injury Association of Georgia.

Marc is a Georgia native who earned his J.D. degree from The University of Georgia Law School in 1976 and obtained an A.B. in Economics from Duke University in 1973.
