Tim Cavanagh is the founding partner of Cavanagh Law Group in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Cavanagh trained under legendary trial lawyer Phil Corboy before starting his own practice. He exclusively represents victims throughout the country. His firm has obtained over $450 million in verdicts, settlements and judgments in his career, including the following results:

• $55 million railroad crossing verdict (recognized by the National Law Journal as one of the top 100 verdicts in the country in 2002);
• $14 million medical malpractice settlement for a monitoring error resulting in severe brain injury at birth;
