Kevin Woods has dedicated his practice to the litigation of cases involving brain and spinal cord injury, trucking and automotive collisions, wrongful death, and products liability.
Education
Kevin graduated from the University of Florida College of Business in 1993. He went on to attend and graduate from the University of Florida College of Law with honors in 1996.

Kevin is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Florida Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Kevin is certified by The Florida Bar Board of Certification in civil litigation.
His Professional Memberships and Activities since 1997 have included The Florida Bar Association, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Hillsborough County Bar Association Board of Directors, the American Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Terrell Inn of Court, Co-Chairman of the Florida Inns of Court Coordinating Counsel, and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Awards and Recognition
Kevin is an AV Preeminent rated attorney in Martindale-Hubbell which is the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards. He has been selected for inclusion in Florida Super Lawyers Magazine since 2010. He has been selected to Florida Trend’s Florida Legal Elite since 2012.
Over the years Kevin has obtained numerous jury verdicts and settlements worth $1,000,000 or higher on behalf of his clients.

Personal
Mr. Woods was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. He is married to Whitney Meadows Woods, whom he met while attending the University of Florida. Mr. and Mrs. Woods and their children, Britt and Watson, are members of the Palma Ceia Presbyterian Church.
