In founding his firm over 30 years ago, Bill Babich dedicated it be the voice for the injured — devoted to helping people whose lives will never be the same again. Because his practice has focused on representing members of the community who suffer major injury or the loss of a family member, Bill naturally has a passion for the field of trucking and commercial vehicle litigation. Bill has continuously served on the National Advisory Board for the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America (APITLA) since its inception, and has served on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA) for close to twenty years. Mr. Babich has frequently presented and written in the field of trucking including a chapter entitled: “Trucking Litigation and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations” in the Auto Litigator’s Handbook, (CTLA). (He is also the editor for the new edition of this book.)

Over three decades, Mr. Babich has earned accolades for his leadership, creativity, and relentless pursuit of justice. He is among an elite group of trial lawyers in the country to have had the privilege of attending the Trial Lawyers College and learning directly from Gerry Spence. Bill is also a member of the National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 Trial Lawyers, and is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the organization’s highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards. Bill Babich is also a member of the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and also has been selected as a member of Super Lawyers.
