RICHMOND, VA -- Plaintiff and companion co-worker, were changing a flat tire of
their company's van on the shoulder of Interstate 95. Plaintiff and companion were
injured when a semi strayed off the travel lanes, struck both parties and failed
to stop. Plaintiff sustained numerous severe injuries and remains permanently disabled
in his right upper extremity.
