There are no refunds or returns on membership, banner ads, or seminar/conference
fees unless noted. For merchandise, you may return or exchange items sold
on this site for a full refund less shipping and handling if returned within 30
days from the date of purchase. Please call APITLAmerica®

within five (5) business days of receiving your merchandise. Instructions will be
given on how to return or replace the product(s).
